Philosophy
IT IS NOT WHAT YOU DO ON THE COURT,
ITS HOW COMMITED YOU ARE TO WORK OFF THE COURT!
Being good does not come easy. We express commitment, work ethic with the eagerness to learn on the court and off. As well as teaching the basics, setters are taught to read defenses, hitters are taught to know when to be smart. Passers are taught ball anticipation. All with the mentality that they always can get better but still always try to be the best you can be. All done with keeping learning fun in an environment that is conducive to affirming confidence and growth.
HARDCORE SUMMER CAMP IS HERE! June 17th to August 15th, 1 to 4 pm in the east gym.
A full six weeks of comprehensive training and conditioning for volleyball players from newbies to the experienced!
Times may be adjusted due to participation along with age and experience levels. We will have core training, diet information along with a focus on individual improvement as the camp progresses. Let us know what your kid needs to work on and we will keep that focus in mind. We specialize in getting your kid to make their high school team, how to be noticed and the mentality that is necessary to be that volleyball player that can stand out. For the newbies, we provide the basics with the motivation to move up to play with the more experienced kids to instill confidence and no fear of the game.
